Linkin Park was more than just “angsty teenage music.” It spoke emotions we couldn’t put into words and in an age of growing up where anger and frustration were looked down on, their lyrics made you feel that it was okay to be angry and to be pissed off and that those emotions were valid and healthy. For me, they made me feel a lot less alone growing up. My heart is so heavy at this news. Thank you Chester for all that you gave so many of us who society just brushed off or dismissed. Thank you for everything. May your soul know peace ❤️
